Our returns policy is simple! You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to start a return. We accept returns for all orders, provided they are in pristine condition. This means they’re unopened, unused and any seals are intact.

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team through My Account who will resolve this for you on a case-by-case basis. Please make sure you have photographic or video evidence to help us process your claim as quickly as possible.

Please note, we don’t offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

To return the damaged product, please contact us. The shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, you must send it via Royal Mail with registered mail and a tracking number.
