You can use it however you prefer, to outline or to blend. Draw a line near the base of your eyelashes and if you want, just blend with the sponge. To find the sharp point, pull the tip with the sponge. To create a bold look, just apply the blending pencil all over your eyelid and blend only the crease with the sponge. Oh! To make the look even more incredible, try applying a colored eyeshadow on top.
